Ā Ā Ā I aim to create a safe space full of compassion and authenticity, where one can feel seen and innerstood, the masks can fall off and vulnerability is sacred.Ā
Depending on what aspects come into the light, I can provide support in:

At the moment, all sessions take place online, allowing you to experience the process from the comfort and safety of your own space.

Session Details
A session typically lasts 1 hour, and sometimes more, depending on what comes up and what your energy needs on that day. I never rush the process ā we take the time necessary for a complete and grounded integration.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens, and I understand plans can change. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can find a time that works for both of us.
